Spur gears are the simpliest type of gear with either external or internal teeth radially projected against the cylinder or disc. These gears are often used in various devices and industry branches. Our inspection machines can check your spur or helical gears of whatever size and shape. GTS100DF (formerly GMS32)
GTS100DF is intended for quality inspection of small gears by double flank testing method.
It is very useful in fine mechanics, plastic industry or watchmaker companies. Tester can be used for inspection of spur, helical, internal, bevel and worm gears. Together with the double flank deviations it measures fluctuation of center distance, radial runout, dimension over teeth or over pins/balls.
GTS100DF is suitable for inspection under laboratory conditions as well as for quality testing at work process.

GTS 200
GTS 200E is a double-flank gear roll tester for inspection of spur/helical gears. It is desiged for gears up to 200mm in diameter and they can be clamped both fleetingly and between centers.

GT 150 KW
GT 150 KW is a double-flank gear roll inspection machine for crankshafts for automotive industry. It enables to measure up to 3 gears (toothing) on one sahft at the same time. Shafts are clamped between centers with adjustable lenght, measuring positions of all 3 toothing is also adjustable.
